Body Weight Circuit Training is a great way to gain strength and fitness. You will boost your metabolism and have tons of energy all day. Try out this circuit and see how you like it. To start, do each exercise for 20 seconds, and rest for 10. When you get done with the whole circuit, get a quick drink and rest for about 60 seconds. Repeat the circuit 4 times for a great 20 minute workout. When your fitness level increases, add five or ten seconds to the time you do each exercise to keep challenging yourself.
