These pictures were taken exactly a year apart, the one on the left just three weeks after starting MLBBC in April of 2014. Although I am still in the midst of my journey to reaching my weight loss and fitness goals, looking at pictures like this is SO motivating to see how far I’ve come. I have always struggled with my weight and never enjoyed working out until joining MLBBC. The inspiring trainers and positive women that I’m surrounded by each time I work out keep me motivated and strong. And now that I’ve started the Diet Doc program, I’m seeing even better results with the amazing support from Emily. Even on the days that I feel frustrated, she continues to encourage me and always knows exactly the right thing to say to get my mind back on track. MyLeanBody Boot Camp and the Diet Doc have become a top priority in my life now and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
I am forever grateful to these wonderful women for opening my eyes to the importance of being STRONG and HEALTHY. Thank you to Emily & the MLBBC team for continuing to not only support me, but for pushing me to do just “one more” every day.
