I started MyLeanBody Boot Camp one year ago because I wanted consistency in my fitness routine. I had worked out at home on and off for years, but I never really achieved the results or the intensity that I wanted. I just wouldn’t push myself as hard as I could have.
I have attended boot camp three times a week for one year and have changed nothing else in my daily life. I try to eat fairly healthy but could be much better. My point is I have seen incredible results even though I do nothing else EXCEPT coming to boot camp three times a week (I’m sure I could have seen results sooner if I had improved my eating habits or worked out additional days as well).
It’s never easy but I like that Emily pushes me just enough. It’s never money that I regret spending.” -Natalie
