My husband and I decided to change our lives when we started working out together in 2015. We also changed our diets – started eating better and including whole unprocessed foods. After a few months, I felt stronger and had so much more energy. I loved these new feelings and was determined to do whatever it took to keep feeling that way.
On October 31, 2016 I walked into MyLeanBody Boot Camp for the first time and I was hooked. I started coming to the gym at least three days a week from then on. Now my day is not complete without a workout. I have loved the wonderful, positive and encouraging atmosphere from the beginning.
As the owner of MyLeanBody my goal is for every woman who walks into the gym to have the same experience and I did – to know that they are loved and the time they are taking for themselves will impact all other aspects in their life!!
