Small Group Training

This is training with up to 4 women where you are working with a personal trainer to learn how to lift weights and tone your body! You can choose how many days a week you train base on your schedule and availability in the groups. Joining a small group does require a 3-month commitment to ensure you can see the benefits of the training.

Personal Training

This training is developed based on an indivdual needs and goals. You would meet with a trainer to talk about your goals for training. The trainer will take what you talked about in the meeting a develop your program. The programs are developed for each person by our staff to get you to your goals!

 

Personal training is chosen for many different reasons and can be a good fit for you if you like to have one on one attention while you workout. It is also a good fit if you have a goal that you are shooting forand would like some assistance getting you ready!
