Running has always been a part of my life – something I have done and continue to do to stay healthy. I discovered MyLeanBody Boot Camp and thought it would be a fun way to mix things up because, quite frankly, I was getting bored with just running.
I had no idea what a fantastic impact the boot camp workouts would have on my running! Thanks to MLBBC, I am not only stronger, but faster too!!!! Who knew that I would be breaking personal records that I set back in my 20’s !?!?!?!!!!
