MLBCC was exactly what I was looking for. If I have a particularly anxious day I know I can get in a killer workout and feel a million times better. My body is significantly stronger and I have lost over 40lbs and dropped almost two sizes (great for me, not for my bank account). I am constantly setting new goals for myself and working hard to reach them. So what if I never perfect the dancing dog or plank to pushup … I’m okay with that. I like the challenge, for both my body and my mind – both of which are in a much better place than they were when I first started. MLBCC works in more ways than one, you just have to let it.
