Beginning Boot Camp in March 2014 was the best decision I ever made!  I knew I needed to be working out and watching my diet more closely, and getting more fit.  I started exercising 2 days a week, and I immediately started seeing results.  In April I was in the first group of Diet Doc.  Emily and I wanted to see if a 60+ year old who didn’t work out a lot could still see results.  Diet Doc became my way of life-the pounds starting dropping along with pant sizes!  I could not believe the transformation of my body.  I feel amazing and am so excited to be so fit.  I truly have never felt better in my life.  I love everything!  I smile all the time!!  Thank you Emily for helping me reach my real potntial!!!
