What to expect when you come to MyLeanBody Boot Camp:


When you walk into MyLeanBody Boot Camp (MLBBC) regardless if it is for Boot Camp class, Small Group Training or Personal Training you will be greeted with a big smile. Our mission at MLBBC is for each woman to be seen when they come into our gym. We want the intimidation factor of going to the gym to be removed when you come to MLBB  


What is boot camp like?

When you attend a Boot Camp class you will be in a group of women who are there to give their all for the 45 minutes of class. It starts off with awarm up, this is really important and starts promptly when class starts. This gets your body ready to move, and that is key to an injury free workout. The workout is set up in three segments that last about 12 minutes long, you will be given an opportunity to get a drink between each segment. Then class ends with a 90 second challenge, this is to prove to yourself that you can do ANYTHING for 90 seconds.


Will I do this workout again if I come on another day?

The workouts for each boot camp are new and will not be repeated. This helps keep the workouts new and exciting. They vary from all body weight exercises, to exercises that use resistance bands used for both upper and lower body, mini bands that are used for lower body or a weight. The set up of theworkout will also change, sometimes there will be circuits where you move around the gym completing different exercises, other times you will stay in one place and workout all in that one spot. Whatever you need will be posted to the doors of the gym and the instructor will be there to help you get everything you need before you workout! These workouts will be different each day so it keeps you coming back for more every week!! 


What is different for small group training or personal training?

For both small group and personal training those are programs that are developed by the staff at MyLeanBody and tend to be used for 3 to 4 months so you can see the progress you have made within that program for more information on these please go here for Small Group or Personal Training information.


What do I need to bring?

For all classes or training please bring water, good shoes, mat if you would like one and a towel. I would also suggest wearing a supportive sports bra,we do a lot of up and down and some jumping so you want to be sure you are supported through those activities.
