Diet Doc And Weight Training – A Perfect Combination!

I’m a lucky girl! Having My Lean Body Boot Camp in my life has made me more secure, confident and strong. It’s like a best friend that never lets you down and lifts you up no matter what kind of day you are having.

Emily and Jaclyn sold me on small group weight training when they told me I would be able to lift heavy weights and get strong — and Jaclyn delivered. I’m continuing to gain muscle, and I’m still losing fat little by little following the diet doc principles that Emily taught me while eating more food in a day than I’ve probably ever eaten before.
